How can I create Overtime Report?
Go to reports ➡️ click on a plus icon ➡️ choose Team Utilization Report ➡️ Create from template.
At the first table, you will see all your resources and their overtime.
Below there’s a table with booking time, timesheet time, availability, utilization, and overtime. You can edit each table, move columns or remove them. You can also add custom values and calculations.
How do I quickly see who is assigned to a project and for how much time (without clicking on every person)?
You can create a report that shows booking time of each resource per project.
Go to reports ➡️ click on a plus icon ➡️ choose Organization Report ➡️ Create from template.
First bar chart shows overtime. The table below includes all projects and people with the booking time and timesheet time. You can change the order of display to see people first. Click on grouping, then drag ‘projects’ under people.
How can I track a project budget?
Go to reports ➡️ click on a plus icon ➡️ choose Project Budget ➡️ Create from template.
You can change the currency, remove columns or add custom values and calculations.
